GPS Warning
Many GPS programs do not know the
difference between trails and roads in our
neck of the woods. Please be aware that
there is no need to take dirt or gravel
roads to find us! Buckhorn Road
connects M-94 to FFH-13 with large
Buckhorn Resort signs on each end.
Driving Directions
Buckhorn Resort is located approximately
15 minutes south of Munising. Take M-94
West from Munising 8 miles and turn
onto Buckhorn Road/16 Mile Lake Road.
There is a Resort sign at the intersection.
Buckhorn Road forks to the left about 100
yards off of M-94. Stay left. We are
located three miles down the road on the
right.
You can also get to the Buckhorn Resort
from Fedaral Forest Highway-13.
Buckhorn Road intersects FFH-13
approximately eight miles south of M-
28/94 via Wetmore (and the Holiday gas
station). There is a Resort sign at the
intersection. Turn right on Buckhorn
Road and continue five miles. We are
located on the left.
BE CAREFUL USING GPS: There is no
need for you to use a dirt/gravel road to
find the Buckhorn!
